The upcoming event, Having IMPACTT 5: Advancing Microbiome Research, will take place from September 22–24, 2025, at the Malcolm Hotel in Canmore, Alberta. The symposium will bring together leading scientists from across Canada and around the world to explore the latest advancements in microbiome research. Organized by the Integrated Microbiome Platforms for Advancing Causation Testing and Translation (IMPACTT) and the International Microbiome Centre (IMC) — both affiliated with the University of Calgary — the program is designed to engage researchers, clinicians, and trainees in meaningful scientific exchange.
